Is there a program for fsx that will flatten area's. There was a program for FS9 that would remove trees and buildings withen certain perameters that you put in, was wondering if there was a program like that , the old program would flatten and exclude, does this ring a bell with anyone.

Thanks In Advance

It does sound like SbuilderX would be the best tool for your needs.

ADE (airport design editor) works too ... made by scruffyduck and company.

SBuilderX latest version hasn't hit Avsim yet. An update brings it up to v3.13 and offers some new tricks for designers to work with. Link can be found at the PTSim forums; http://www.ptsim.com/forum/index.php

Many thanks to a classy gentleman, Luis Sa who has provided a top-notch scenery tool to the Flight Sim community.

Agreed, I be lost without it.

BTW, I consider ADE to be the replacement for AFCAD since it's freeware.

ADE is a very powerful tool as well. You can even draw vector landclass, roads and add place scenery objects in it.
