Looks like either a subtle HDR or HDR styled photo (through photoshop tricks). A lot of HDRs look like something out of a videogame or painting...

Looks pretty good P!
That first shot looks like you metered on the sky instead of the buildings (made em a little dark), my eye gets drawn up to the sky right away instead of the foreground. Nice dynamic range on the shot.

I like the ducks, especially the first one. Just the right DoF on it...the little bugger looks like he's popping his bill right out of the monitor at me. :d What lens did you shoot em with?

I used a 55-200VR.....

I actually screwed the ducks up because I had too much exposure control..which to me created a bit more noise than I wanted (ISO 100 & 200)
