I think the first one (bridge) occurred here. On the Welland canal which connects Lake Ontario to Lake Erie & uses a series of locks to by-pass Niagara Falls (We call it Viagra Falls because we always go there to screw around...)

Look closely at the vid ....
I'm sure I saw Collin & Captain Tenneal (drinking grog) on the ships bridge. 67106711
