Hay guys i got the FSD piper saratoga for fsx and when i turn the lights on in the VC the cockpit goes funny a see-through/silver line goes through the cockpit when you turn.
Any fixes i can do?

Does the line show in a screen shot ?

It's a common problem with FS9 port overs. I think it has something to do with the alpha channel.

Yes Around the GPS and right hand instruments it goes through the gauges for example the outline will go from right to left through the VC

Yeah it's a port over issue. Same goes with FSD Porter, and that was even stated by their developer in their support forum when I asked.

That porter would be a nice A/C as i thort not much you can do about it:ernae:
Its a nic plane anyway not to hard to fly around with the lights off

Porter is one of my favorites, even if a port. I think FSD did good job porting it, no major issues and the flight model is really tight:medals:.

It really wouldnt be that difficult to convert all the Textures to DDS and re-apply the materials as FSX Mats on the original Model...that would solve the problems entirely.:ernae:

Changing the background Color of the VC section, in the panel.cfg, helped me with a few portovers to solve problems like that.
e.g.:
[Vcockpit01]
Background_color=1,1,1
