I bought FSX about a month ago - deleted it mainly (though not exclusively) because I could not stand the lighting - not the right color or intensity for me. I know that in FS9, that could be changed by changing the sky textures and the sun effect... does that also work in FSX?
If so, what is the best freeware sky replacement? I am looking to give FSX another chance.
Note: I will not buy payware for FSX - the only addon I MIGHT buy for this sim is the Aerosoft Hughes H-1 - I have already sunk too many thousands of dollars into FS9 to switch totally over... so that is why FREEWARE is a must.
