RAM memory exceeded perhaps?
Also, in DX10, Bitmaps have issues, especially with pre-SP1 FSX platforms.
Try going into Task Manager and assign FSX priority to 'high'.

This is an issue I've had for several months now... All of a sudden, my screenshots have displayed, more often than not, only part of the aircraft :banghead:. I've try everything to find a solution, not to avail. As much as I recall it happened after a electricty outage (blown fuse oustide) which messed up my overclocking. Are some of my timings not what they should be, I dont know...
Using Screenhunter...

This is not the point my friend, it has worked OK for years in full screen but one day :pop4: . I'm not too fond of flying in windowed mode anyway. The solution is to do several shots in a row. One is OK :d.

Hey P - you tried FSScreen? You have to edit/resize/reformat manually after you're done flying, but the app's dirt simple and takes near zero resources to run.
