Hi there!
1st: How to move up/down crosshair to match gun converging point.
2nd: How to get rid of that ugly, flat, grey screen that sometimes appears in VC and completly blocks frontal view. :banghead:

Thanks.

Zeke

Hi there, Bearcat.

I'm working on akemi's spitVb. With the panel I've uploaded shown in the attachment. It says it was specially made for akemi's spitV. This is the one that shows the grey screen in VC.
Other a/c have (like Corrado's G-50, with panel from Morton) a big distance between the gunfire and the crosshair. How can I converge them?

Put the text in red below the top window titles section:

[Window Titles]
Window00=SpitIX -- Gauges
Window01=SpitIX -- Main Panel
Window02=THROTTLE_PANEL
Window03=STICKS
Window04=NAVIGATOR
Window05= ADF
Window06=RADIO_STACK
Window07=GPS
Window08=Fuel CG Trim
Window09=Render

[VIEWS]
view_forward_WINDOWS=%window_title_00%
VIEW_FORWARD_DIR=2.3, 0.0, 0.0

At the bottom of the cfg in the VC section, replace the header with this:

[Vcockpit01]
size_mm=512,512
pixel_size=512,512
Background_color=0,0,0
texture=$panel
visible=0

Cancel that Zeke....use this info instead for the gunsight:

At the bottom Default View, use this to get rid of the black band:

Sorry dude, really wish i could help ya out there, but i never saw one myself. Over the years and hundreds of installs, i just picked it up by routine and by staying plugged in here at the forum. Everytime i hit a snag like the one above i just fell back to what works and built on that to solve problems and get creative with addons, with much help from tools like CfgEdit and FS Panel Studio. And tips like mine above have always been floating around here for saving to future reference too. No dedicated manuals, just lots of study and OJT...:d
