Hey guys, here's some shots I whipped up from the current beta build. She's comming a long quite well, as you can see. ;) I'm thinking this region will become the hottest scenery spot FSX has ever seen. Of course the ussual disclaimer applies that the final product may see some changes.

I'm going to be all over that like a fly on "stuff"!! May be some day someone will do Western NY scenery. Buffalo, Niagra Falls, Letchworth State Park, Allegany State Forrest, the Finger Lakes; there's just so much to look at!.........now that would be cool!!

I have all the ORBX Oz scenery and it's just outstanding! After flying in their scenery regular FX scenery is...........disapointing!!

All of these shots other than the glacier and and snow field came from the same valley system, and the coverage area is so big there's almost endless opportunities for exploration. I flew around the mountains of Vancouver+ for many months and it never got old, which is right within the heart of this region. Mountian and valley flying has always been my favorite way to enjoy the experience of flight, being there is so much for visual spatial reference.

Wow, amazing.

Amazing is the best word that I could come up with, but doesn't seem good enough for some reason.

Cheers gents :icon29::applause::icon29::jump::icon29::applause: :icon29:

Will this include Alaska? I have been looking for improved Alaska scenery (it's where I live).

Those shots are just amazing. I've been doing a lot of flying around the pacific northwest of late, and it doesn't look anything close to this with the default scenery. Definitely going to need to make sure I set aside funds for this one, looks to darn great to pass up on. :) Keep those screenies coming!

Yes I have to agree. Tongass X is my most anticipated product. It's the best ever seen.

@ mfitch, the coverage area for the PNW region is the NW corner of the US and SW corner Canada. For Alaska check this out:
