I am sure I read in some forum somewhere about some kind of gun effect for the SectionF8 F-86. I even see a gun.wav file in the SF8_F86 subdirectory of the sound folder. Sooooooo....is there a gun effect for it somehow, somewhere?

Yeah, it works. I had an FSrecording of a T-38 flight that I swapped the F-86 into, and when I played it as traffic the gun blazed and smoked the entire flight.

You have a T-38 in FSX? is it fully functional?

It's the FSD T-38 payware...after a good bit of tweaking...and it's fully functional. I 'm running it in my FSX SP1 version. I did try it in my Accell version, but there are some glass issues.

I have that airplane....and I can't get the VC to work at all. These pics, are they of the VC or the 2D panel? If they are VC I would be very interested to know how you got it to work.

That's the VC of the payware model with Alphasim guages from the F-5 and F-104, and the HSI is Iris. I didn't have any problem getting the guages into the payware model, however, the freeware model is what stumped me. The freeware model has glass that works in accell without being opaque, but I couldn't get any guages in it.

Yes the one O have was freeware. So the payware version has a VC that does work in FSX if you put updated gauges in it?
