After getting hooked on Jens' DH.91 Albatross I've been having a look at some of the early de Havilland airliners.

Just wondering if the Flamingo has been done for FS2004.

Thanks.

I really like the looks of that plane....and how could I not, it is a DH plane....everything that came out of that design pool is amazingly sweet looking.

This looks like a good project for Jens. B to tackle....he is really good at the DHs afterall.

Two machines I have wanted to see in the FS inventory are the DeHavilland DH95 Flamingo and the DeHavilland DH90 Dragonfly.

I have never seen either in any version of FS.

I'm sure there used to be one around without a VC. I was never a taker because of the lack of a VC. Love DH though - I worked on the Hatfield site in my youth on such things as the 125, Trident and 146. All DH designs if I remember correctly.

I don't remember seeing any DH Flamingo, I would have had it in an instant, with or without a VC. However, I did read in another forum, someone getting excited about a Flamingo, but it turned out to be a Handley Page (Reading) Marathon, all available at Flightsim.com

I could be wrong. I thought it was by J.R. Lucariny but looking on FlightSim I cannot see one. Heaven forbid perhaps I was thinking about his DC 5!
