lucky for me i'm not a teen.
i'm already taking magnesium, pro biotic acidophilous, vitamin c, calcium, b12,
vitamin E and a multi chewable.

I take two of these everyday! ... I can't swallow those horse suppository multi-mega-ultra-men's vitamins!
edit: They have 400 Iu of Vitamin D (whatever that means)

Or just get outside in the sun a bit...

Without sunscreen.

Sure, you'll die of skin cancer, but you'll get your vitamin D without drinking a quart of milk per day.
