Although the model is FS9, I know several of you fly it in FSX as well. Therefore I decided to make this announcement here as well.
All I need to do is make a package and upload. But as it is past midnight already, I will do that tomorrow.
Enjoy,
Huub
BTW the sceenshot below are un-edited screenshots made in FS2004.

I always admired Mike's work for his talents in capturing the feel and shape of a plane and for his serious research on German cockpit instrumentation. Now with this beautyfull repaint of yours might be a good moment to give a port another try in FSX.

Great paint Huub! :ernae:
I still fly Mike's 109s in FS9. Would love to see him do these full FSX. The models are fantastic.

Well Tom, there were over 20,000 Focke-Wulfs produced so there are still a few left to paint :d. Just in case you missed them; Alessandro just finished two new repaints fro the CH FW190.
However this particular Messerschmitt was on my "to do" list for quite some time and as I love the artwork by Uffz. Heinz Zach, I might do another one from 7./JG53 first.
Thanks for all the nice comments,
Huub

As I already more or less announced I did another aircraft from 7./JG53 first. It is "white 3" which was flown by Oberfeldwebel Gunther Seeger.
It is ready and I just have to pack and upload it.
Cheers,
Huub

Not to hijack Huub's thread in any way (those are beautiful repaints!), just thought I'd mention that I actually do have a full FSX Bf-109 here on my computer, animated and everything - just needs texturing, really. But of course, with the almost limitless poly count available now, I want to make every improvement possible.... :)
I've just been very involved with the GA stuff this past year, and it's likely to continue for a while. If you like extreme, high-skill flying, you should like what's coming up next.
And now, :focus:

But I was Jan Kees, I have done quite some cycling the last few days. But of all people here you should know it doesn't take too much time to make a relaint once you have made a nice basic paintkit.... :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :icon_lol:
