Whats wrong with Netwings?

I have tried to have access to it but I have not been able to!

Can any one tell me whats the problem with Netwings and how can we collectively save its file for future members of this hobby?

Its the first Website I ever visit when I realize that CFS2 could be upgraded through its community about Eight or nine years ago. It still has plenty of real nice addon goodies dedicated to IL46 and other Sims like CFS2 and CFS3 plus FS2004. Its worth saving them if possible or need to with permission. I hope its only a temp interruption of service!

I really like this Website.

Miamieagle, I tried to access Netwings too, but was not able to get in. I think that they are right now "down." Keep on trying.:wave:

Several person I know have tried to contact Neil via e-mail, but unfortunately without any success.

I talked with some of his corp mates in Eve Online, and they said he logged on 6 days ago. So he seems to be allright. But I don't know anything more.

I know the site was slowly grinding to a halt, but it is not like Neil to abandon ship.

I wonder if he's one of those more affected by the Olympic Village Cable Disaster. His site disappeared at about that time.

I am a bit concerned - Neil would be aware that Netwings is an institution which can't just disappear, and he often posted in these forums to keep us up to date.
The complete silence is worrying - I know about his health problems, but somehow feel that is not at the root of the site's disappearance without warning.
I spent some time with Neil and the Netwings gang at Duxford a few years back and it was very enjoyable. This is out of character.

If you're out there, old chap, keep us posted, eh ?

Maybe he just hasn't looked at his own site. He is very much into Eve online since a while.
