texture access by tileproxy

Since i did something with my tileproxy folder i have the message like shown in the print screeen. i had my tileproxy folder as a shared network folder, but disabled it again. since then i have these messages. tileproxy works ok, but sometimes fsx freezes and i end up on the desktop.
What is the meaning of the message?

I think they are booting you from that site. Google does this on mine. Sometimes Google will run for a while, sometimes its nothing but hangups, or freezes where I have to enter a code to their popup to show I am not a bot.

There is another that really freaks out on using TP. I forget which one.

Try switching out your sources and see who is best and smoothest. There are 4 provided.
