Hi all,
I just received Phase 2 and have had a bit of a problem. When clicking on the launcher icon (after patching CFS to 3.1 and playing a missions) I receive the message from OFF Manager:
Class not registered
You need the following file to be installed on yourt machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL
Anyone suggest a fix or e-mail me the relevant file?

Google it. It's easy to find, or I could email it to you.

Thanks Polovski,
I got the game up and running but have since had a second problem; initially the landscape would flash white when I looked around and now when I load a mission every polygon based object is white. I looked on your FAQ and found a guide to acess the Config Overide file but after chaing the values as suggested the problem remains. I'm guess this is an Anisotropic filtering problem but I'm not sure how to cure it. Bizarely, it randomly got worse the more I played.
Advice most welcome

Could be many things.. what system? video card? Anisotropic filtering is set in your graphic driver properties. Right click on desktop, display properties, look there.
What is your cfsconfig set to now?

This means you are running out of vid memory - lower terrain and scenery sliders one notch at a time till its resolved...

Am at work but will follow the suggestions when home. Set both AA and Ansitropic to 'programme defined' option. The video card is a pretty good one so I;m suprised it's running out. Unfortunately, I'm not very technical so don't really know how top analyse these things.
Will have a go this evening and see how things work. Is there any rough and ready weay fo freeing up viedo memory beyond lowering the sliders?
Thank you all for the assiatance, by the way. The game looks fantastic :ernae:
