Can someone tell me whether RN and RAN carriers carried deck letters during the Korean War, and, if so, what they were?

Thanks :wavey:

And a supplementary question: did the RAN still use the white ensign then, or had it changed to the version with red stars?

Hello DH,

I jus stumbled across this thread - and noticed no one had answered your question. My understanding is that the new RAN ensign came into use either 1967 or 1968. Still would have been the old version during the Korean War.

I hope that helps!
