Hello everybody,
I have an issue with light effects.
It happens only when my scenery settings are on "high" or "very high" and when I change the time during a flight (from "night" to "day" time):
All my lights keep lighted on...
As you see on the screenshot, the FSX carrier in the background doesn't have this problem...
Any idea of what happens?
Regards,
Sylvain

PS : I use attachpoint effects with condtional properties (Night=1;Day=0) to handle the lights...

Are you shutting down FSX or just restarting it from the scenery library. I've noticed that some things don't get refreshed when you just reload the scenery library. Try stopping FSX and restarting. You have to do this if you alter the AFX file for the airport. You can't compile to a live folder while FSX is running

Hi JoeW,
You're right, it sound like a refresh issue.
I'm not reloading a flight or restarting FSX, I'm just changing the time during a free flight. FSX seem to fail to load the day time scenery objects...
Do you think it is due to my carrier model? Is there a work around?

Regards
Sylvain

It may be a quark of FSX. Try shutting down FSX and re-starting.

JM,
Most of us ditch our aircraft right about there so that has become the new landing strip:ernae:. Of course Panther learned us that way.
