Since the old topics have gone off to sim heaven, I thought I'd like to start a new thread about a/c you'd like to see in FS2004. One I'd like is:

Ahhh.... Thats a beauty. Her canopy is alot like a Socata Trinidad. I like that high landing gear and clean looking cowling.

anything flying wings is a go for me , like the A-12 avengerII ( which piglet has done for FSX only ) :frown: or the armstrong whitworth A.W.52 , or some of these interesting german designs like the gotha GO P.60 .

Simple...
Lockheed Model 3 Air Express (first aircraft to be fitted with NACA cowling, numerous records set by the likes of Frank Hawks, Roscoe Turner and Laura Ingalls):jump:
C'mon, X-Plane has one, why can't we?!?:banghead:
FDE could be based off the default Vega, not many moving parts or goodies involved (although I wouldn't mind having a toggle for the spats but at this point I'll take anything)

I would dearly love to see somone do the original Lear 23 (the plane that started the whole executive jet business). :applause::applause::applause: I have a couple of hours logged in one, and it was a handful. You have to stay WAY out in front of this aircraft. How about it? :jump:

I'd like to see the Bulldog replacement Sprint 160. Only 5 built so far, Flyer Magazine recently ran an article on the aircraft.

I think it was Mike Stone that did a Starship. I've got it in the back of the hanger somewheres. I keep threatening to use it in the RTW.

Regards, Rob:ernae:

Mr. Ito has you covered on the P-61 Black Widow and F-82 Twin Mustang. Have not flown them, as I do not have FS2004 and I do not and will not convert his planes to CFS2 out of respect for his copyright policy. The screen shots I have seen of these planes look really nice. Both planes can be found on Simviation.com.

My dream is of a good Tacit Blue with VC. This plane has never appeared in any sim...

Also, a really good Tu-204/214 would be nice. The Sukhoi Superjet is also needed. And speaking of Sukhoi, we sorely need a good Su-25!

What a good choice (and I remember that day too! - one of the best aeroplanes I've ever flown in). Would look good in RAF markings.

I'm just pleased to see whatever new turns up, but like everyone else do have a wants or perhaps possibles list. On mine is the above Sprint, Yak50, Hawker Henley, Miles Student, Pilatus P2 and the FFA P-16.

Best wishes to all,

Martin

Bill Lyons did the Globe Swift for FS2002 with updates to FS2004. Older model but still classic Bill Lyons. So you know it has a VC.

Should be available at Flightsim.com. ccswift4.zip

I have both as well. FM mods were required to make the P-61 "legit".

The P-82 was modified as well .. both by fliger747. The -82 was flown during the 2008 RTW. It has some minor trim issues but makes a nice long-range aircraft.

The Gulfstream has been neglected for a reason...
The parent company claims rights to all 3d model depictions of their products. If you want to model a Gulfstream, you need to talk to them first! :isadizzy:

Dr. Zook,

Do you by chance have a 3 view of that fantastic Fanliner (no pun intended) that Luigi Colani did? I have scoured the internet for one, but havent found one.

She is GORGEOUS!

I'd love to see a freeware Focke Wulf Ta 152H complete with belly tank. If I had to, I'd kick something out of the hanger to make room for one.

Edit: Heck I'd go for a payware one if I knew for sure it had the belly tank. (I'll be needing all the range I can get out it, it's a fly high, far and fast thing)

Thank you Sir. I went about 3 hours last night looking myself. I did find a group that sell plans for model makers of RC aircraft. I'll give that a try as soon as I ask Felix the international 3-view guru of all aeronautica on Earth. :d He has things the web hasnt even heard about.

I'd like to see an L188 Electra and a Bristol Britannia with a VC, with proper attention paid to things, it is the only way to fly. Others I'd like to see would include the Handley Page Hermes, Avro Tudor 4, but here's something to give you pause when you consider the state of freeware, how about a Cessna 150 or 152? The last freeware aircraft seems to have been for FS98!

Leaning more to the experimental side, how about an updated Van's RV or even a Mustang (The homebuilt kind, not the warbird). The Europa XS as well as the Cozy Mark IV or Velocity would be cool too. I know beggars can't be choosers, but VCs would be nice too!
