Does anyone use the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and if so what do you think of it. I would be interested to know because I'm think of getting one.

Thanks.

I have one and use it in FSX and FS9 and enjoy it but I would never think of using it in a combat sim. I much prefer my X52 for that.

I also have the Saitek Yoke, and pedals plus an extra throttle quadrant. Primarily I use it with MSFS and FlightGear civvy flight sims, but I have used it in CFS2 for twin-engine fighters (in particular the P-38 and P-61) and for multi-engine bombers.

I have used it to control single-engine fighters, but it just doesn't "feel right" to fly a stick plane with a yoke so I typically switch back to my regular joystick plus the pedals/throttle quad for those planes.

I guess it all depends on what you're intended use is.
If you enjoy flying yoke planes, then I would definitely say it's worht the investment, but for just combat simming I'd probably stick with just a joystick.

Thanks for the advice chaps. I'll look at the Logic 3 & X52 Saitek.
