To those where who have the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog Stick, I highly recommend this spring upgrade (The Green Spring) for your stick as it makes it a lighter & a lot smoother and pretty much eliminates the old "Sticktion" issue (where the stick tends to bind which is largely due to the high spring tension interacting with the polymer parts). This gentleman also makes heavier springs for use with his Stick Extensions as well. Here is a link to the parts and a video of the installation. BTW, the parts come from Poland and it took about 21 days for it to reach me here in the Eastern US.

Moderators: I will be posting this at other pages here to help TM Warthog users become aware of this upgrade.

I went with the stick extension (https://warthog-extensions-by-sahaj.com/). That smoothed it out and gave me much more precise control which cured a lot of PIOs I had with many planes. Just offering options. :encouragement:

Yes, Sahaj makes great accessory options for these sticks. The extension more or less does the same thing as the Green Spring but with the original or heavy springs. I am space limited and have my stick side mounted on the lower desk shelf. The lighter feel also helps with flying Rotors.
