How do you stop the gauges showing in the external view?

Lost my prior setting and can't remember how you turn them off.

It is under Options/General/Camera/Chase Camera:

Options > General > Camera - at the bottom of the list under the Chase Camera heading.

I'll have to check if that's something you can toggle or not in sim. I like it sometimes, and sometimes not...
Still getting to know these planes.

You can hit Esc and get to some menus, but I don't know if that one is available.
