Not flight sim (unless you want to try to recreate it!) but definitely 30's great aviation, the Amy Johnson Trust have been showcasing the 20 days of Amy Johnson's flight to Australia, 70 years ago.

Greetings RLucas.. A pleasure too meet you..
As you supplied no interest in any specific flight simulator, then please do allow me to refer you too, http://frenchvfr.free.fr/download.php?lng=en&dirdnl=no&tconfig=0&id=2 where there is a plethora of aircraft for every simulator, and especially for the preferred time period. I personally fly their Late 28 and Caudron 680 in x-plane, but i assure you, their selection is quite large and exhausting..
