If you are in to shooter games this just might be your deal.....

Aparently its been out a while and worked most if not all the bugs out...

I wonder if it will control keyboard inputs for Flight Sims too?

Oh! I thought you meant This kind of shooter (http://www.drinkswap.com/ingredients/ingredient.asp?ingredient_id=73990) ... or at least shooters of real guns ... in which case I use to shoot black powder muzzle loaders all the time but haven't lately. :(

Thousands of rounds a year! :)

Dont get me started on the shooting sports, its my greatest passion!

But to answer your question, I have 2 different rigs that I carry depending on if I am shooting SASS (http://www.sassnet.com) or NCOWS (http://www.ncows.org/).

For SASS I shoot a pair of sequentially serial numbered USFS 45LC with a 5 1/2" barrels & Tru Ivory grips (http://www.usfirearms.com/cat/single-action-revolver.asp)
http://www.usfirearms.com/im/saa55.jpg

They are strapped to my waist with an El Paso Saddelry Shootist rig (http://www.epsaddlery.com/pc-165-51-the-shootist-2-holsters-and-belt.aspx)
http://www.epsaddlery.com/images/Product/medium/165.jpg

My rifle is a Uberti 1873 Sporting rifle in 45LC (http://www.uberti.com/firearms/1873_rifle_and_carbine.php) with a 24" barrel.
http://www.uberti.com/firearms/images/1873_sporting_rifle.jpg

My street howitzer is a 12ga Rossi side by side coach gun with external hammers.
http://www.cz-usa.com/data/productimg/main077.png

For shooting NCOWS I have a differant persona so a differant rig.

I have a sequentially serial numbered set of Uberti 1851 Richard Mason conversions in 38sp. (http://www.uberti.com/firearms/army_navy_conversion_and_open_top.php)
http://www.uberti.com/firearms/images/1851_navy_conversion.jpg

They are strapped to my waist with a Bill Hickock rig from Chilsoms Trail. (http://chisholmstrailleather.com/Historical_Old_West_Holsters_Famous_Holsters_Weste rn_Movie_Holsters.shtml)
http://chisholmstrailleather.com/Old_West_Frontier_Hero_Gun_Holsters/Wild_Bill_Hickock_Old_West_Gun_Holster_Gun_Belt_sm .jpg

My rifle is a Uberti 1860 Henry in 44-40 (http://www.uberti.com/firearms/1860_henry.php)
http://www.uberti.com/firearms/images/1860_henry_rifle.jpg

And I use the same shotgun.

Lastly for both groups I am called a "Dark Lord of Soot, Warthog". Which basically means I shoot full power black powder loads.

Here I was expecting something along the lines of Call Of Duty or so. I was nearly ready to start a rant on how ****e CoD 5 is...well, except for the Co-Op.

Boomer, I love the looks of that Henry. I always wanted one to just say I had one and had fired it. I settled for a new Shilo Sharps, shooting the 45-70. This is also a great rifle. I understand the waiting time now is about 2 years.

Regards, Tom

Ive got a Shiloh Sharps as well. Bought it about 12yrs ago. Ive got the Long Range Express in 50-110.

They are great guns! My Sharps is more or less a safe queen now. I rarely shoot it. Im a big guy & it just pounds me to much!

Years ago I made a hard decision to forget about flying real planes until my son is through college, but I did pick up shooting for real. Since then, I've not gone back to FPS games. Just ain't real enough.

As a rule, there has to be a gratuitous gun porn: :typing:

I have a couple of six shooters by Uberti, an 1873 Cattleman w/blackpowder frame and a Colt Walker. I love the quality of their firearms.

If you like Uberti, you would probably like Cimarron. They take a lot of Italian made pistols and do a nice workover on them. I have their 1851 Navy in Charcoal Blue. Love it!

I have a fair gun collection myself. When I lived in Alaska I got into NFA firearms and picked up a few gems. I still need to get them transfered here to Oregon since I moved again. I can't wait though. Nothing like 1,800 RPM!!!!

Yup, the 1873 Cattleman revolver I have is from Cimmaron, but it is made by Uberti.

When I saw the title I though you were talking about games. I was about to say socom confrontation and america's army, and the battlefield series are my 3 favourites

Let's see: M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, Brown Bess India pattern musket, 1897 shotgun, 870 Rem. shotgun, Stag AR-15, (2) Mauser K98's, M1A1 Thompson SMG (semi). Then there's the bows and arrows and pistols. God bless the founding fathers and the 2nd Amendment!!

I usually play shooters on my Xbox. Right now it's GTA: The Lost. Bike's and guns you can't go wrong!

I've always liked the look of "Dragunov" type rifles...That's up on my list for when I start my gun collection (hopefully they will still be legal by the time I have enough funding for one).
As for FPS games...right now I'm hooked on Crysis. Online multiplayer is a blast.
