View Full Version : Gain FPS by Shutting down Game Bar in Windows 10

(Most of you are probably way ahead of me on this, but I wanted to post it just in case.)
Windows 10 comes with a nifty "Game Bar" for taking screenshots,recording video, and other cool stuff. The downside is that like most Microsoft features it is a resource HOG! I picked up between 5-10 FPS by shutting it off in my computer and the FPS are much more stable now. WARNING: Every time Windows runs updates it will be turned back on and you will have to go through the process again!

Blimey the amount of things I have turned off in W10, So much so for MS claiming they would get rid of bloat. :biggrin-new:
