The link in the above post suggests it is still in development, but it has already been published.

Here are two more links:

http://www.abacuspub.com/default_fs.html

All but Abacus offer the UAV as boxed product. With Abacus a download version is also available, but not with their normally standard "try before buy" option.

I purchased it, but still await a download link. They accept PayPal, but that is not a option at their site yet (you have to go to the PayPay site and pay them "manually".)

I have experience with Abacus and i have to admit; their products vary. But looking at the screen shots, it seems a promising product.
One thing that worries me is that some sites advertise this product as "FSX Compatible". :monkies:

Keep you posted, if interest is displayed

You might prefer to get it directly from the publisher, with the GB Pound so weak at the moment...

The reason there's no demo from Abacus is that it isn't an Abacus product - it's FCS. There's a video on that page, though and their standard payment method is PayPal.

I have to admit, I'm tempted by it as well. It just looks fun.

Nice input Ian :wavey:

About the UAV......Fun, Fun, Fun!

She starts a bit troubled, but once on the run she flies like an angel.

Like with an UAV, you lack a lot of SA. The panel is like the real thing....a monitor with a limited FOV.

Wings are flexible, hanging while on ground, upward when flying......Nice

Last edit: UAV Lights are somewhat none-realistic, but the landing with such UAV, from ground station, is very challenging (meant in a very positive way).

Will update later, if people are interested (as in; not gonna be another Warrant monologue :kilroy:)

It is also FSX compatible, fully, being an FSX native aeroplane.

Ive got this pack. Both installed to both sims and have a blast. Fun in FSX using the weapons pack. I'll fire up the FSX one later and scan to see if its native FSX. It is very fluid Fps. The VC looks like the control room of a typical preditor pilot/controller. Havent tried the missions although.

Trust me on this one, it is a native FSX aeroplane.
