Problem with autogen and Hawaii photoreal

I'm having a problem with an airport thats part of the Hawaii photoreal package https://hawaii-photoreal.com/. At the Molokai airport PHMK, it puts a bunch of autogen trees and grass over taxiways and parking. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does this airport have a correct flatten file, have you checked scenery folder?
You should also check your simfolder that does'nt contain double different AFD etc files.
