Here is my latest video - I quote from the description, "On 7th March 2015 I flew in a GA aircraft for the first time at Lydd Airport (London Ashford Airport) in Kent, UK. The aircraft was a Robin HR200 but I could not find a simulation of that aircraft so I have used the Robin DR400 instead to recreate this flying experience. I have made the weather and flight plan as like the original flight as possible as well as including some video I took on the day."

Nice flight Bruce. Looks like you had some decent cruising weather.

Yes, we did in the end.

In the run up to the flight we had to cancel the flight on three previous days due to poor weather. This is the UK after all and it was early in the season.

Hey Bruce,

I really enjoyed this one, and especially liked the personal commentary and insertion of real footage from the "modeled" flight.

If you're flying, I'm coming along. Keep up the great work!

Regards,
Michael

Hey, I'm glad you liked it!

I knew when I made it that it wouldn't be my most popular video - after all Robins, for all they are ubiquitous, are not the flashiest GA planes around. But I hoped some folks would get what I'm aiming for here and I am gratified that I was right. It has certainly struck a chord with a few people.

Once again, Mission Accomplished!

Thanks for the comments as well! Made my day!
