Over at FlightSim.com you can download it for free. It's the FS2004 version which should have all the necessary files for CFS2 included. Try http://www.flightsim.com/file.php. Then do a search for David Green; he has produced a few nice skins for the plane.

It's for FS9, but the CFS2 installer is included.
