Anyone know of Wright R-1820 sounds (single or multi) for FSX? Preferably one that links RPM noise to the props and not MP as is done by default.

I'm already using Mike Maarse's superb P&W R-1830 Twin Wasp sounds. There are a lot of sounds found for R-2800s, and even R-3350s and R-4360s. But I can't find any for R-1820s. Weird, considering the widespread use of the engine, and that it makes its own distinctive noise compared to its two-row counterparts.

Thanks.

Have you tried t28snz.zip from Flightsim.com for T-28 by Aaron Swindel?

Download Anthony's donationware T-28A here (or buy one of his T-28 products at Ant's Airplanes) and use that sound set: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=37&linkid=18234

To me, it is the best single-engine R-1820 sound set I've ever heard, and I use it with my FSX F4F Wildcats and SBD Dauntlesses as well, which they suit perfectly.
