Are there any freeware program to separate a single gauge from a clustered gauge?

Not sure there is a program to split gauges that are pack into one .gau. I have never seen on my self in my years of CFS and CFS2.

Thanks for the link. I read 50% of the posts. It looks like any modified gauges could be considered as copyright violations.

Just about every thing modding related is copyright violation....

Well, in this day and time...so Long as it was released as freeware
and all credits are given, along with the original readme file, why would
anyone have a problem with it ??

Does anyone know who are the authors of these gauges:

Hawker.gau (it has 25 bitmap images)

PR_SPITVii.gau (it has 12 bitmap images)

P51_clock.gau (it has 4 bitmap images)

I have made modifications to them. I don't have any readme files with these gauges so I can not upload it.

I am working on a new modified Hurricane cockpit.

...hope it is right.
Not sure but I think that the P51 might be a stock gauge. But this is for the other two;
PR_SpitVII.gau : Mike "Moparmike" Wagner - hawker.gau : Philippe Burnage
from CFS2 Spitfire VIII "Betty Jane"
Found it here: http://www.flight-simulator-world.org/download/cfs2-spitfire-viii-betty-jane/

...nah, just trying to stay out of the sun and bored. Happen to hit the right phraseology and it popped right up. Actually remembered Mopar doing a bunch of some special gauges. What caused that braincell(?) to fire I don't know. Too early for a beer and too hot for a tequilla or vodka.:very_drunk:

Thanks Fibber for finding out the authors of these two gauges. The P51_clock is not a stock gauge because it is a single gauge, may be someone used FS Panel Studio to separate it from the stock gauge. I am hoping someone can identify this gauge. Please see the attached JPG file.

I have discovered a way to use a 7 switches Cessna gauge and converted it into a 3 switches gauge by painting black paint over the gauge's bitmap file, and then applied black paint in the cockpit panel bitmap file to cover up the clickable switches. Please see the attached JPG file.

I have also discovered that I could map a 1680 X 1050 wide screen cockpit panel into a 1400 X 1050 regular cockpit without too much conversions.

To Fibber,

I have downloaded the aircraft, it uses the CFS1 P-51 stock gauges. In the panel.cfg, it uses:

gauge04=P51d!Clock, 209,293,46

The clock that I modified is a standalone gauge, dated 11/17/2004, size is 155KB. In the panel.cfg, it uses:

gauge21=P51_clock, 387,912,80,70

..."It made me a Southern Redneck Tarzan.." is that complete with the leopard skin diaper? Ever stop to consider that it Tarzan was such a friend of the animals, why is he wearing a animal skin?
as far as too early I agree but I have a tendency sometimes to go beyond the "6 or 8".:very_drunk: Tends to make my walking conscience a bit peeved when I do. Besides I don't like to partake alone. I find the conversation boring!:biggrin-new:

...Morton has the exact same gauge in his Mustangx8 pack. Maybe he can give you a lead as to where it comes from. In the panels for these planes the numbers are different than what you posted but the gauge is the same. In fact my reads 11/17/2004 6:55PM

I have decided to use a modified Italian clock that was designed by klelticheart, mvg3d, Chalachew, Beepee, and Gius. At least I know who are the authors of the gauge.
