View Full Version : P3D v4.2 airliners: Rikoooo airliner packages, or others?

My P3D v4.2 install is light on airliners. The most recent I have are the L-1011 and DC-8. Was searching for a good freeware modern 737 (i'm not going to invest enough time or do long enough flights to justify a study sim plane like the PMDG) and ran across a bunch of packaged-up airliners on a site I'd never seen before but which has apparently been around a while, Rikoooo.

The airliner page is here: https://www.rikoooo.com/downloads/category/55

Curious if y'all have tried these? Looks like they have an .exe installer, which always makes me wary of spyware, etc.

Anyway, would love your thoughts!

(And any pointers to alternative 737-800 or A320 downloads would be greatly appreciated!)

Thanks!

I think they are safe, I have used them periodically and have never had an issue. I do not like the way they don't give full credit and I do not think they seek permission to post. The a/c are usually available elsewhere anyway without exe files it is just sometimes laziness.

Thanks, Naismith! The fact that they've done all the work to bundle the latest mods/etc to make things work well with P3D V4.2 is pretty appealing.

Hello;
Most of these are "to be tested in P3D V4" … I tried some but they are NOT V4.2 compatible...on my system

I'm a FSX user, so I'm not sure these work in P3D V4, but these are some of the best freeware airliners out there:

They do require some reading and setting up so be prepared for that if you go for it.

Also don't forget the 1.60 panel update down that page.

Apparently there's a new beta(?) version going on on the project airbus forum, that I do not have the time to investigate.

(Double post was a mistake, mods can just merge with previous post.)
