cheers ian They are working on a project. Phil will drop the news when it's getting close. (This is what he said in December.)

In the meantime there is a 50% off sale in progress at PC Aviator in case anybody would like to grab some past Virtavia/AlphaSim offerings. https://www.pcaviator.com/store/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=95

Currently, there are no new aircraft in the works. Last I heard Phil is working on a special project.

The server is inaccessible for several days already.

Yes, I've emailed Phil about it.

Otherwise everything's under control (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8DQKieBPNU).

The freeware seems to be unavailable too.

That makes perfect sense since it is all on the same server and account.

I told Phil a couple days ago. He's dealing with it. Virtavia is not going away.

Hmm.....Perhaps I should dig it out of my junk box and dust it off.

Don’t know how interesting the museum concept will be but will maintain a positive outlook toward it. Hard to criticize something that isn’t even released yet.

Thanks to the Semi-permanent sale at PC Aviator, I finally picked up the B-29. Anyone got a Fifi and Doc repaint for it?

Edit: Found Fifi at Flightsim. Just need Doc.

Layout reminds me of the real National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL. If the current objective is to convert models to P3D format, wonder if the E-2 will get moved over.

No. That one belongs to DoveTail Games. Out of Virtavia's hands. It might end up in the museum but that's it.

So they gonna stop developing flying models for Flight Sims, but make models you can walk around with VR goggles just to look at ?, hmmmm, I'd rather have planes you can fly in a flight sim personally, Virtavia always had aircraft that was off the beaten path, which was great.
