Anyone with inside knowledge about whether CS will ever make their Hercules V4 compatible?

Loved it in FSX. Miss not having it in V4! NC

I think they will. I’m keeping a P3D3 install until they do.

Same here. But I am afraid, they will not. All announcements to convert their great models are without any result so far.

Captain Sim convert any FSX models to P3D4 - ever? Ha Ha Ho Ho LOL !!!!!!!!!

Well, yes they did the 737 I think right away but have a queue for the 777/707/72 etc that's been in place for about 6 months already. And does seem like you will have to pay full freight even if you own the FSX version. :dizzy:

Last thing the released was the 757, which was not even on there conversion list.

I am really waiting for the 707, I understand converting them is work and don't mind much paying something for the upgrade, its the indeterminate waiting that kills me.

The Milviz C-130 will be a work of art, but sheesh, I have already paid once for the C-130. Am certain a upgraded Capt.Sim Hercules will cost a few bucks, but it comes down to finances, ya know? NC

I can wait, because I just can't afford it! That's why I bought their V4 Tacpack, but not the Superbug yet again, because I'd already bought it for FSX. NC

The new 757 has a p3d v4 version already.

I can see their point of view. Once you start announcing dates and deadlines, everyone hammers you about those instead of hammering you about not having dates and deadlines. The only CS kit I own is the 707, 727 and the C130, and I've had them since FS9 because they're good kit. I don't fly tubes a lot, but when I do, I like them to leave lots of filthy black smoke.

So, as frustrating as it is, I guess we just have to wait. Luckily, we're spoiled for choice these days.

Ummm...maybe a slight self-contradiction there ? ; )

As for the C-130, last time I looked on their forum, CS had started a wish-list thread for a completely new C-130 model. If that is still under considerstion or development, I doubt they'll convert the existing one for P3Dv4.

Ditto here. I will be looking to splice other vc's into these models in the meantime.

The B-52 would be nice. I'm surprised that it has been neglected by so many developers.

I agree. The buff was one of my favorites in FSX and very well done.
