I am trying for 3weeks now to get a new password from Flightsim.com.
I had to reinstall W10 and have lost my old password.
I always get this "a mail was sent to you",but i never received a mail.
I checked the junk folder in Thunderbird every time,but it is empty.
I mailed the webmaster 4times now,but also no reply.
Anyone here,who has better contact and could help me?

I normally have no problem emailing Nels at the webmaster email. Are you sure your email is working correctly?

The odds are good your Email provider is blocking that password reset email. I know AT&T and a number of others block those emails from us.

Try using there contact us form here https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/sendmessage.php

I did---no success.
But Mr Zippy mailed the Flightsim.com webmaster for help,let`s see what happens.

Update: No answer back from Nels yet. I might try a PM. Maybe their email server might be having problems.

I got a reply from Nels to my PM. He says that he does not recall my email to him yesterday because he "gets a lot of emails".

It`s the only Site,where i cannot get a new password---absolutely weird.
Never had such a problem for the last 15years.
