The first one was 2 factory pilots flying into a box canyon, and trying to turn around. Can you say "pilot error" , and not try to blame the airplane ?

Jaun Brown has some good videos about these crashes on his youtube channel..blancolirio ,that first one in lake berryessa,why the heck didnt they just land back on the water instead of trying to turn?..they had plenty of water to use dead ahwead,instead they tried to turn and hit the wall of the canyon and killed emselves.
