Can't get PFC USB rudder pedals working

I can't get my PFC USB rudder pedals and brakes connected in FSX. I have set them up via the PFC calibrator but they won't run in FSX I also have the latest PFCFSX.dll installed in the modules folder.

I use the PFC 737 yoke and radio/throttle quadrant and they both work fine.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
