Problem with Just Flight Turbo Arrow

Every time I run the Turbo Arrow if I press the left brake the throttle goes to full. I am using PFC and FSUIPC. I have tried everything I can think of but the problem won't go away. I am using PFC rudder pedals with brakes.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
