I have a fair idea but can some ID the Unit marking mid fus being a none local, I hate to get it wrong and upset someone

It looks like the Air Force Systems Command badge Matt. The airframe was attached to 6515th OMS at Edwards at that time. I'll see if I can dig a decent badge out for ya
