OFF missing DLL ?

sorry to say I'm having install problems :(

I did a fresh install of CFS3 and the 3.1 patch...

played a few offline games...

instaled the OFF patch and the upgrade patch ...

everything said installed and I hit the OK button.

BUT when I click on the icon created I get a missing MSSTDFMT.DLL message and the program closes.

IF I go into windows explorer and click on SHELL.EXE the OFF package starts up ..
but there are no missions listed , and no pilots names...

If I click on pilots no box slides open and I see no way to create a pilot.

read me said about buttons on bottom of screen... dont see them either :(

Hope I can get a point in the right direction and thanks for the help in advance !

OK firstly do not run shell.exe you will not see the OFF world!

Secondly try following the procedure in section 2.8 of the "Read Me Over Flanders Fields Phase 1 Late Update.doc"
See that section "2.8) VISUAL BASIC (VB) RUN-TIME ISSUES"

Follow that through see how you go.

DOH.. I placed the DLL in the system folder but forgot to run the "regsvr32.exe msstdfmt.dll" .... dang sry

All is well and working good as far as I have flown to this point.
