A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - British

Description: AF Scrub Seafire XV (Early) by UncleTgt

This is a conversion of AF Scrubs latest Seafire XV (early) for CFS 2. This is a complete aircraft.

His FSX/FS2004 model has been converted for use in CFS2 & deshined from the original model's high gloss finish. A new airfile has been developed from Peperez' earlier Seafire XV airfile, & the dp file also has been developed for the earlier Peperez dp file, & uses weapons from Bismark 13's Beaufighter packages.

The 2D panel & VC panel are WIN 7 friendly.

The dp file makes use of kelticheart's exhaust effects.

The textures offered are: 801 squadron FAA, HMS Implacable, September 1945.

803 Squadron RCN HMCS Warrior 1946.

1 Flotille Aeronavale, Hyeres 1947.

883 Squadron RCN 1948.

To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

Thanks to: AF Scrub for a great aircraft, Peperez for his earlier Seafire XV conversion, which made the development of an air & dp file much quicker & easier, and to Kelticheart for his exhaust effects, & inspiration for the propeller bitmaps.

This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.
