TFFJ is in the default FSX database, although it bears no resemblance to the real airport.

Not sure if you are looking for a good St. Barths scenery or not, but if you are I can highly recommend Fly Tampa St. Maarten Complete, although the sloped runway isn't in this package. There are four (that I know of) freeware sceneries at Flightsim, two that I recall have the sloped runway. Before I got the Fly Tampa scenery, I used fsx_stmaarten_package.zip (http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=171389), and found it quite good.
