OFF downloads?

due to the high amount of downloads taking place as soon as OFF is released is there going to be a prob w/ overloads on the download server?just another annoying OFF question.:icon29:

Being a guy who helps run a busy server and doing the math you will need one heck of a bandwidth pipeline and tons of bandwidth. From my understanding the OFF guys got it covered!

I could never get this being on a slow dail-up connection so my question is, "Will this be available on a CD?" I would be more than happy to pay for a CD!...hint...hint

This community is all about sharing so we appreciate your offer but we need the OK of the OFF guys. It would be a really good thing if we could get copies to people on dial ups....including me...LOL

Guys swapping CDs is fine we already discussed this in other threads. Nod is looking at a CD swap system. Basically each of the OFF team will send out say 3 CDs then those guys promise to each send out 3 CDs etc etc.

I remember that we did that with the Eastern Front addon for CFS2, with big succes.
