Papab,

Your CAT (carb air temp) is off the scale :) Open your intercooler flaps, and also just crack your cowl flaps a bit, your also running a little hot on your CHT (cylinder head temps).

Lower CAT = better running engine

Scott.

Have a look at this thread on the A2A forums to see why the "Black Sheep" number 86 was something I felt compelled to do. "Black Sheep" was flown by Jerry Wurmser of the 316th FS in 1945. More details on this thread.

The texture , like you can almost grab those barrels and swing on them

My closes encounter to the Razorback was jumping on the wing and looking into a very negelected cockpit , a gate guardian at MOTAT Auckland , New Zealand . So the NZ connection .

Took the Tuskegee livery up for some training and sight seeing this morning. I figured the right place to be for this bird was in Italy so I decided to check out FSX's Tower of Pisa. Then I tried some clean stalls and finally more practice with oxygen and the turbo control at 13,000'. Then I headed south down the coast for a while. Just a beautiful virtual morning's flight. :engel016:

Like Jan I am having issues still working out the multitude of effects that are possible with specs, bumps all with there own alphas and all the rest of the million layers used by the new technology in FSX.

Anway heres a little skin that was easy to knock up using Martyn's paintkit. Perfect for Ian's Halesworth, as it is a Halesworth based P47 from the 62nd FS.

Big thanks to Ian for the fields they make flying this thing even more fun.

Well I just have to try to get a cuban scheme on mine as cuba had three of the P-47's before the revolt.
