Briefing in Russian?!?

I've just loaded the game onto a new computer and I've noticed that under Pilot Career - Career and Description eveything seems to be in either Russian or Greek. I've never had this problem on the previous computer.

Does anyone know how to get it in English?

Yes. I modded the game on my other computer but everything was still in English.
