Hate to say it, but it doesn't seem any faster to me. Still dog slow.

I take that back, it's maybe a little faster now. Having an empty database will do that for ya. ;)

I think the issue is global, a lot of sites these last two days have been real slow, not just SoH.

Henry, chill out, mate. Seems like everyone is happy to have the forum back online, that's great. It's only natural to feel a little sad seeing all that content gone, though. It's a helluva lot of work to maintain a site at times, especially when things go pear-shaped. I've got my fingers crossed that the old posts are recoverable. If not... well, I guess it's a chance to start a brave new world. :costumes:
