    I did the v4.51 update lastnight and i have to say no probs and noticable improvement opposed to v4.50 Kissed on the d!ck by the fairies or successful on purpose 4.51 is smooth without any problems

    Your picture as I see it is the fuel tank selector and since you say that their are three fuel tanks, then I see left, right and center or something like that in that fuel cock. Now Left, Right and Both usually is a magneto switch for the spark. I'm going by the PT-13 Stearman but that only has one fuel tank in the upper wing with 46 gallons. That is my thought. Obviously Vitus who created and designed this knows much much better than I do how its supposed to work. My vintage experience is based on the C-47/DC3; Stearman PT-17; Curtiss SOC3 Seagull and Vultee BT-13 Valiant as far as somewhat of the Vega era though its some years earlier. You'll figure it out and I'm sure he'll help.

    Button called downloads on the product page. It gives you the 2 paintkits you need ( and since you're in the FSX forum - you'll want the non-pbr paintkit... unless you got the bundle but are only asking in the FSX forum in which case you'll need the PBR one as well ). Small tip get both as you can take bits from the red and green channels of the metallic texture in the PBR paintkit and layer them on the Non-pbr version to get some more interesting and randomness... I might need to get out more. :playful:

    Here is the Bf-109G6 in the colors of JG-300. This is an unusual paint scheme as it has a dark gray or black. RLM22 underside. Also the camouflage patter is a bit unusual.

    I can report the same positive change with my Leonardo MB80. Those stutters were few and not cyclic in nature but unpredictable and significant. Now, smooth as glass.

    So it is outside too. Also I read on the P3d forum that the new update doesnt delete the previous shaders ( eg 4.4 shaders running in 4.5 - They said that they would change that in the next install update ) so I re did the whole process this time deleting the shaders. Same issue. Now for content creators that's going to be a problem. Eg what looks good on 4.4 is washed out. Make the change for 4.5 and it is too dark on 4.4. Or we all wait until LM have stopped futzing around with P3D... nah. :playful:

    It's all done quite simply using a formation with a small spacing, in a mission. Once one of the barges is damaged, the formation stops and hence no wake in the second picture. As I mentioned before, I came across an old guide to formations which I think is excellent. I will upload once I get a Round Tuit. My final spacing has settled on 1.5, which looks better than these pictures.

    The Ho229 V3 prototype is still around so the cockpit layout is known. Ho229A seem to have been planned to have 4 30mm cannons and 2 1000 KG bombs. Seem likely R4M Rockets would be fitted as well.

    As sad as it is, DCS is where the fast jets are at these days. The complexity of aircraft and graphics of DCS are IMHO superior to FSX and P3D. I wish there was a way to gauge how successful an FSX jet would be in the absence of most devs work. My production line has virtually ground to a halt - on the one hand, I cannot do the complexity of the high end products that customers have come to expect, but on the other, that could produce a gap in the market in the void of FSX.....I just don't know if it's viable given the number of hours it takes.

    I did. I went by the start up book - one thing I noticed is that CTRL+E will rotate the fuel starter switch to the right and will start- I thought it had to be set of BOTH which I am trying to determine. Pointing forward? I almost had it going with the starter switch but it was quick to fizzle out on me. Fuel mixture to idle rich also........ EDIT! I found out that with CTRL + E the fuel selector switch is supposed to switch to the right. There once was a BOTH but not any more. It may be a P3D V3 issue and perhaps that will be fixed.
