Well, good news and bad news, I was able to locate the U.S. Army TM 55-1500-345-23 which is really cool. Anything you every wanted to know precisely with every marking and stencil too. Bad news...I tried to paint this according to Bill Womack's utube video for aircraft with no layered paintkit and it didn't work for me. One of you guys a lot better at me than repainting please do this for him and the rest of us.:dizzy:

Hello Ivan, Sorry about the edits to my posts, and IŽll try to reduce them. Instead of adding a comment in a separate post afterwards, I thought editing it would make it simpler, but I see it doesnŽt, so IŽll change my habit. OK on the pitot tube - the spike is now added. IŽll have to do the same to mine, even if I have to glue it on! Your model is looking very clean, I must say! ...even if we have different objectives! At the moment, what is left of the original model is just about only in the wings... and even if it is not completely my model, I donŽt mind. Naming whose model IŽve re-worked, is no problem for me either. When I was re-shaping the lower fuselage to make the curvature stonger, I saw that the lower fairing halves in Gear Centre and the wheel-wells werenŽt doing...

As far as I am aware, when the gunsight is in a computer-assisted targeting mode of some sort (I don't have a lot of details), these rectangles are advisory lights that light up when the computer calculates that your flight attitude is within appropriate parameters to launch your ordinance and hit the target. (They may also indicate what ordinance is selected but I can't confirm) FSX/P3D and Arma Hinds don't seem to model this, but I saw this featured in an Enemy Engaged: Comanche vs Hokum (EECH) Hind mod.

If they come with Checklist and Reference html (or txt) files, you might try checking those. I've found them nearly as handy as a Readme on some planes. Just a small thought. They're all I get any more... Pat☺

That is a very nice picture of the Pacific Hawk, predecessor of the Timm Skylark. Is that a Curtiss Eagle in the background?
