Any feedback on these mods are welcome! For me the aircraft wobble back and fort in the yaw axis at lower speeds (both before and after my mods), do any of you fm guru's have some advise to make it more stable?

I have been reading up on the SFI AJ37 flight manual and with the help of part 2 (formely secret) done some adjustments to the fuel entry in the cfg file in order to replicate the capacity and location of the tanks on the Viggen. this has also been done to the location of the store pylons. The current hot rod have the Jakt Viggen engine power and this is not realistic for the AJ/SH, I have made a separate folder for the AJ/SH/AJS models with the RM8A engine. See entries below Change the fuel entry: //Longitudinal (feet), Lateral (feet), Vertical (feet), Usable(gallons), Unusable (gallons) //5000 liter intern + 1500 liter extern fuel_type = 2 number_of_tank_selectors = 1 electric_pump = 1

    1. You two have certainly done a really impressive job and your idea for new effect's notation is a good point. So what I hate to do now is introduce a whole series of new effects which maybe not many people have; although I am sure Dan won't mind if I upload the files and stuff that go with them, as they are mostly his. Anyway I attach them here FYI and if you want to add them I could upload the things they go with after asking Dan where necessary.

Hello zswobbie1, Welcome to the conversation about old hardware. It is certainly a pleasant surprise to see that thereŽs more than just 2 of us interested! Hello Ivan, Even though the K6 is quite heat resistant, IŽd put on an extra extractor fan. I remember the heat-sink disengaging slightly due to a knock (while turned off) on my K6-II in 1999, and it sat badly on the CPU for some weeks before I noticed... It never complained, even though the aluminium chip surface went slightly grey... brave Chip! As soon as I get to investigating the .air file, IŽll see. I suppose you are using a CFS1 .air file, as you expect a supercharger to work, and it doesnŽt. IŽm still a bit busy re-doing the stretching and the CoG positioning on the model, but IŽll see about the .air file after that! I...

Not going to say it was a screwed installation, but it has become screwed as a result of the various malicious bits that worm their way in. The only remedy that makes any sense is to do my work entirely isolated from the outside, and only transfer work out via thumb drive or disk. Not sure what you mean about reading stuff on the internet. A cursory reading of the low hanging fruit might lead one to arrive at any number of conclusions, but I don't do low hanging fruit. I do deep forensic analysis, observe data and apply logic. The evidence develops on it's own. One tiny piece of the big picture, but realize that this video was made in 2011 and concurrent with the genesis of Anonymous and crypto.

I think it's because you have Adobe PDF reader installed, and the file extension of the Air file is set to that. Check your file extentions settings in Windows and delete that entry, or in install Adobe as a test.

Only after posting yesterday's screenshot (!) I realised the RHAF Camel paint I'd installed didn't come with any wing textures, so it was displaying RAF roundels. So here she is again... Better. A.

Yes, they're in there, but these descriptive headers were removed as part of the alphabetic sorting process as they no longer were connected to anything meaningful. Something similar happened to the connections between FX entries and the individual Particle Effect lines that they use. At first I was bothered that this might hurt maintainability because you have to hunt down where the components pieces of an effect reside in the list versus them already all being in once section. Then I realized that since everything is alphabetical you can find them quicker than before because you don't have to guess where they might be in the list. For some entries it's the same difference, but for others that reuse existing effect components from other effects, or ones that inadvertently reused...

The outrage is not that there is a psychopatic AI, the outrage is that it was turned that way by reading stuff on the internet. And seriously, yet another screwed Windows installation...?

Hello Aleatorylamp, Even 10 years old would be pretty good. If you think about it, what I just put together out of old computers is essentially a very fast Pentium I or a very slow Pentium II. You certainly newer and more spares than I do. I ran into yet another twist last night. I was noticing that the supercharger on the old P-39D AIR file was not working. This is easy to see because power is highest at Sea Level on the Take-Off fun and starts to drop even 1000 feet up. At 8000 to 10000 feet, power has dropped to less than half the Sea Level value. This is not a Gauge problem. It is obvious that speed cannot be maintained.
