    Your Grandfather must have been with the MT-group than. I was a volunteer as well, but I guess I was a few years younger than your grandfather and still a bit "born to be wild" :biggrin-new: The S.14 is indeed a "wide body" aircraft, because tutor and student sat side by side. As this makes the wings look a kind of short, the aircraft looks a bit cartoonish. (Which I personally quite like). Cheers, Huub

    I noticed that your airwing which is Crusaders and Skyhawks etc has an SH3 Seaking. It should have a UH2 Seasprite. Here is a link to the Airwings on the BHR assigned by WestPac. From 1964 - 1971 until decommissioned there were no Seakings in her Airwings though they did fly back and forth from Danang I remember on the USS America. Page down the list of carriers on the list and click on the Bon Homme Richard. A lot of interesting airwings back to Korea. :listening_headphone

    The last one I bothered trying was around 4 versions ago, and only because it came with a few older cars. I just couldn't get along with the career mode and generally disliked the feel of the package. Honestly, I've gone right off F1, so I won't bother with the latest version. :encouragement:

    I installed my CS 727-100 in P3Dv4 and anticipated it having no problems due to the previous report in this thread. That was almost correct (at least in my case). On take-off I realized that I had no elevator or aileron control (although I did indeed have rudder control and the gear and flaps worked). Anyone else experienced this? Wonder why some animations work and others don't? Best regards to you all, Bill

    Thanks Uli. Here is one that arrived about 14 years before the Loring. No bets on how airworthy it was. The designer seems awfully proud of his creation though.

    As you might remember I am retired since I was about 60... from the practice of anesthesia... I didn't want to mention anything to scare you... but now that you got through the worst part of it (the beginning)... let me tell you... you got some serious problems ahead... The IVC (inferior vena cava) is normally about a good 3-5 cm in diameter.... if they dilated it to 16 mm... you probably had industrial strength atherosclerosis... you need to really follow through... lose weight... eat sensibly... and do everything they advise you!!!! Forza Rami! and my very best wishes... Carlos

    The video's not loading for me, but reading from the file description, the use of ARRCAB suggests to me these carriers are static, right? That's the only way I can imagine AI operating off them, given current FSX limitations. thanks, dl

    OK I have spent 2 hours on teamviewer and talking to hunter on trying to fix his CFS3 install. He is operating Win 10 64 bit \ We have put this install on the main D drive and XP SP3 and admin deleted appdaat and reconfigured Removed ankors shaders but not the effects fx texures as he didn't have a back up Now we tried to set at 1920 x 1080 and both level 5 and level 2 for details Although hunter (Giacomo) says the install worked fine before he installed Ankors, now without Ankors, it CTD on/after 2nd splash screen or only works at 800 x 600. He has a Firepower install which works fine at 1920 x 1080. I should say that he has MAW, PTO, and also BoB all in the one install since he doesn't have space for separate installs { 100's other flight sims! :) }

    ***Mini Update*** Update time! As mentioned in a recent newsletter, we are pushing hard for JHMCS with AIM-9X support, Maverick, FPAS page, and corrected A/A antenna logic after undesignated button lock release. All is looking good, but the AGM-65F and G versions will unfortunately not be ready until next month. We, for the most part, have four guys working on Hornet systems and here is what they are working on: 1- JHMCS. Afterward he moves on to the HARM. 2- AGM-65E. Once done, then AGM-65F and G. 3- A/A radar antenna. When complete, then LTWS.
