Denny, any chance this will be sold with Orbx? I'm not a big fan of the market place and would enjoy the ability to get all updates from only a few places. Great looking aircraft. Looking forward to giving her a try soon. Matt

At my last airport in northern Georgia, I Googled the weather last year in January and they got snow though it didn't last long. So I made a winter photoreal texture just to find out that ACES maps of the seasons doesn't get any snow there. Frustrating FSX! Now False Pass I just did in the Aleutians is a different story, I have a Hard Winter there. :snowman:

....if you get a chance read the book "Return of the Dam Busters" by John Nichol. It tells the story of the fate of many of the members of 617 Squadron which became known in the RAF as a suicide squadron because of the type of missions they handled. This includes many of the original members of the famous dam busting mission. Good book.

I joined the site, got the iniManager and tried to order the plane. Look at this screen, this is all I could get, I could not enlarge it to see my info, the blue circle just kept spinning, I got a text on my phone to enter a verification code. WHERE? Dammit, I can't see anywhere to enter a verification code. Looks like I may skip this after all, too hard for this old man to understand how these Brits handle their wares. I'll go to SimMarket, Fight Replicas, or somewhere more user friendly for an old man to acquire such! Regards, Cazzie

I checked this mission on Talon's old computer and also my son checked it out on his and everything works fine. Someone else had problems with old missions when they started using the newer UncleTgt scenery. This is because a lot of things have been moved and his airbases don't match up with the old ones. Hiede

I replaced the F4U-1 with a US_SC-1A SeaHawk then changed to aircraft in the mission and every thing is flying good in the mission. I have also found many sea planes to use in the game, so it was like a gift. I would still like a fix or correction to the mission? Thanks for the quick response. Merry Christmas. :santahat:

They have released another patch, tones down the heat blur considerably plus several other fixes. I'm glad to see that they are listening and are getting fixes out quickly.

Second this - there are only few pics where you have to take a second look to realize it is the sim. It is a kind of art to find the perfect light, angle, shadowing and shine. So this is an almost perfect shot for an illusion :applause:
